Kristin brings over 17 years of experience in restaurants and hotels to the hospitality consulting field.  Prior to founding Elevate co., Kristin has been instrumental in growing several companies with an emphasis on talent & training development for emerging to mid-size companies. She has worked for Fox Restaurant Concepts- True Food Kitchen, Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill, Yalla Mediterranean, and Original Roadhouse Grill; hired to establish, develop and maintain a culture of training & development, improve performance, service & connection to the brand. She is equally comfortable over a cross section of volume levels, concept niches and company cultures.
